Hi there!

My name is Samantha & I'll be graduating with my MS in exercise, fitness & health promotion in May 2020.

I'm extremely passionate about exercise/movement, human nutrition & performance. I love finding new recipes and ways to optimize nutrition to fuel the body (& gains!)

Being a former dancer and current teacher, I know the importance of fueling for a long day of rehearsals or shows, so I hope to educate dancers on better fueling their bodies (or anyone for that matter)!
